Rice Pilaf

Melt 2 tbsp butter on med-low heat
Stir in 1/2 cup Orzo and stir until browns.  Stir in 1/2 diced onion and cook until translucent then add 2 cloves diced garlic and cook for one more minute
Mix in 2 cups chicken broth and 1/2 cup white rice
Increase heat and bring to boil
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until rice is absorbed.
Remove from heat, let sit 5 minutes, fluff with fork
