Quiche

Broccoli & Ham: Broccoli, cooked ham, mushrooms (optional, add spinach ribbons)

Garden Vegetable: Zucchini, green peppers, tomato, garlic, onion, mushrooms, basil

Preheat Oven 400

Chop veggies ~ Whip 1 egg with 1/2 cup milk ~ Poor in 9″ pie crust

Add veggies to the egg mixture (on the garden vegetable, I just add the veggies raw and let them cook in the oven.  for the broccoli and ham, I saute all the veggies , then add them to the crust.  I guess it’s a matter of personal preference on this one)

Top with shredded cheese (I used pepper-jack because it;s my favorite cheese and I only like to use a little; again, personal preference)

Bake 45 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and quiche is firm
